Once the package leaves our hands and is in USPS's possession, we no longer have any control over the package. If your package has not arrive, contact USPS and file a claim.

✶✶✶I preordered an item and I've changed my mind. What can I do?
If your item(s) have not been shipped out to you yet, let us know by emailing us at support@bbplanettoys.com with your invoice or proof of purchase and we will cancel your purchase and process your refund.
You will have received a shipment confirmation if your item(s) have been shipped out.
If your item(s) have already been shipped out and you've changed your mind, please wait until you've received your item(s) then follow our Refund Policy instructions to process your return.
